Please be aware that not all psychological services attract a Medicare rebate.

private health insurance

Most private healthcare funds offer rebates for psychological services under ancillary items. Please contact your health care fund to find out if you are eligible for rebates. Please note that Medicare rebates and private health insurance rebates cannot be claimed for the same consultation.

Cancellation Policy

We will require at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel an appointment. This allows us to offer your appointment to clients on our waitlist. If you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, you will be charged the full proposed fee.

All fees must be paid before the next session. If fees aren’t paid, follow up sessions will be offered to other clients.
